If you are selected to participate in EUREP25: Accommodation will be booked for all participants at the Clarion Congress Hotel and is free for all selected European participants based on two sharing a room. When registering, you can indicate if you wish to have a single or shared room. We cannot guarantee a shared room with the person you have selected in the online registration system, as this person may not be selected for the course. In that case, the ESU office will allocate another resident for you to share with. In case a European participant prefers to stay in a single room, there is a surcharge of approx. €50 per night. All non-European residents need to cover the cost of their accommodation and they will be invoiced accordingly.
