If you are selected to participate in EUREP27:

Accommodation will be booked for all participants at the Clarion Congress Hotel and is free for all selected European participants based on two sharing a room.

When registering, you can indicate if you wish to have a single or shared room.
Based on this information we will make our rooming list!

We cannot guarantee a shared room with the person you have selected in the online registration system, as this person may not be selected for the course. In that case, the ESU office will allocate another resident for you to share with.  In case a European participant prefers to stay in a single room, there is a surcharge of approx. €55 per night.

All non-European residents need to cover the cost of their accommodation and they will be invoiced accordingly.

Single room approx. €125 per night (limited number of single rooms available)
Shared room approx. €70 per night

Travel

Arrival date        : Thursday 2 September 2027
Departure date  : Wednesday afternoon 8 September 2027 (the course finishes at 12:30)

Please note the following:
We do not permit participants to arrive later than Friday, 3 September at 08:00 am, nor to leave earlier than Wednesday, 8 September 12.30 pm. Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory.

You are requested to book and cover the cost of your travel.
There are no reimbursements for travel costs.

Should you choose to travel by car, there is a paid parking facility situated beneath the hotel. Parking is available in the shared underground garages of the Fénix Shopping Centre at level -2P. Parking cannot be reserved in advance and spaces are subject to current availability. The price is CZK 600/ €24 per night, payable at the hotel reception after presenting your parking ticket.
